Target - Fresh Grocery Section - Has Excellent Beef

In my household, I don't cook much red meat (beef) on a daily basis.  In July, Target just opened its Fresh Grocery Section in some Target locations.  I live near one of the new remodeled Target with Fresh Grocery.

Find the nearest Target with Fresh Grocery (mark box under "Only search for stores with") on link: http://sites.target.com/site/en/spot/page.jsp?title=store_locator_new&ref=nav_storelocator

When it first opened, they mailed $2 coupon for their Sutton & Dodge Steakhouse Angus Beef.  I tried their beef steak 3 times already, today is the 3rd time that I bought a small tray of Chuck Tender Steak for $4.27 (4 pieces):
The previous time, I bought the Beef Skirt Steak and Tender Loin Tip Steak.  When buying beef, you want to look for the red color in its meat.  This beef tray definitely looks very fresh and lean with barely any fat.  I am not sure what dish to make this beef steak yet.

On the package, it has a website: www.sdezcook.com which helps you find recipe to make with their meat.  For the Chuck Tender Steak, it suggested this recipe, Steak Sandwiches with Homemade BBQ Sauce with customized Serving Size.

This website is very helpful since it also provides additional tabs of it provides tabs with Cooking Instructions, Recipe Information, Shopping List, Nutritional Information, Additional Recipes.

Overall, not everything at Target's Fresh Grocery is cheap.  You need to know your sale prices for items sold at other supermarkets.  Their fruit and vegetable selections are limited and prices are expensive.  Before going to Target, I check their weekly online printable coupons and Target Mobile Coupons.
