December 2011 - Furbabies' Vitamins and Snacks Schedule

As a dog owner to 2 male Shih Tzu dogs, I am very knowledgable with their health and diet.  I keep a binder of their vet visits and pet insurance claims with detailed spreadsheets of their vet visit costs.  Since they are getting older, I want to make sure they are getting all of the required vitamins and help them live a longer life.

Daily Morning and Evening Snacks:

I give them their vitamins with their morning snack bowl.  Since they are small dogs, I chop up both their vitamins and snacks into little pieces so it is easier to chew with their tiny teeth.

December 2011 - Frugal Vitamin Schedule

I started this frugal vitamin schedule before I lost my job in June 2011.  And I have been more health conscious because I don't have medical insurance and been eating less food.

I will list in details my December 2011 Frugal Vitamin Schedule if you want to live a healthier life and eat less food.  I buy my vitamins at Trader Joe's.  Here is the list of the Trader Joe's vitamins that I use:


1.  Trader Joe's Organic Spirulina Dietary Supplement 500 mg 100 tablets = SP
 

2.  Trader Joe's High Potency Multiple Vitamin & Mineral Sustained Release Dietary Supplement 360 tablets = MV

3.  Trader Joe's Glucosamine & Chondroitin Dietary Supplement Joint Support 900 mg 90 caplets = GL&CH

Today's (Wed 6/8/2011) Harvest from My Tomato Plant in Front Yard


Just picked these 6 ripe organic red tomatoes from front yard.  No pesticides or chemicals have been sprayed on this tomato plant.  When things happen naturally, it makes you appreciate life so much more.

God's Gift: Tomato Tree Sprouted in Front Yard


 A few months ago, I notice a plant has sprouted in the front yard.  I thought it was a weed.  But again, I do not like to kill anything in nature.  So I told myself if it gets too big then I would get rid of it.  But as time went by, it grew taller, bigger and taller.  I told myself, "If I was that weed plant would you like it if someone came along and just ended my life by plucking it out of the ground?"  Of course, everything in nature wants to live a life to its fullest that God has given to everything in nature.  So I decided to let it grow and watered it with my leftover water from the Nalgene BPA Free water bottle everyday when I got home.  Eventually, it grew bigger and bigger.   And until one day, I notice there were TOMATOES growing from this PLANT that I thought was a weed since I didn't plant any tomato seeds in the front yard.  I never planted a tomatoes plant until recently when I bought a tomato plant from Costco which recently died.   Now this plant is giving me so many tomatoes.

 


It’s all about loving nature and nature will give back.  It’s all about giving good karma and good karma will provide you with all your needs.  I truly believe this tomato plant was blessed from God/Mother Nature since in this area, I used to bury all my compost piles next to these rose bushes in front yard.  Or maybe it was one of the birds who pooped tomato seeds onto this front yard area.  It doesn't matter which method this tomato plant was planted somehow, it is alive and well now.

 

 

I also have another stray tomato plant growing in the backyard which mysteriously grew without me planting any tomato seeds (will post pictures soon).  I truly cherish this time off from work to start a new chapter of my life: new gig that is fulfilling in every aspects.

Not Enough Time to Blog But Have Time to Tweet

Okay, if anyone has noticed, I have pretty much haven't had time to post my weekly detailed grocery ads on my blog.  Well, my time is valuable and life just got too busy to post these weekly grocery ads for FREE to promote these stores that are not paying me a pretty penny.  So I have been tweeting my actual grocery list weekly when I visit these stores with FourSquare and Twitter.
